I called on the 12th day to cancel. No refund was given since those fees were for S/H as they claimed. They told me to keep the products and that they'll "waive" the retention fee of $9.99 per bottle, but the actual product cost is $93 per bottle and that I would've been charged that if I called after the 14-day trial. DO NOT BUY - go to a GNC near you to buy the products.
